Hello I suggest joining a forex investment club why? For a couple reasons one is forex is very volitile it can change in mere seconds and if you make a wrong choice you could lose heavily. Books are ok but they barely give you some basic insight, Investing with a " forex company" normally will cost you dearly in the end. With an investment club you can invest for a year or more, see how and why trades are made, learn without risking your money and on and on. I am a member of a club, we average 5.3% return monthly which is darn good, the main trader sends out a weekly email newsletter telling why the trade for the week was done and what the results were. in other words you learn from an experienced investor as to what factors were considered that motivated the trade. Was it economic reports of the pair traded or an event in a country that made it profitable to trade or one or more of many factors to be considered. another nice thing there is no dues or fees charged to members via the club as the club comprises a group of people with a like interest and ultimatley are motivated by the end result which is to earn money. although i am a retired banker I still joined the club for the reason that although I am well versed in finance and I knew of Forex trade, I was not directly involved with it through the bank I worked for. if you would like more information please write back to me at bankerbobretired@yahoo.com good luck in your investments and have a great day!

Look at Tradingpostfx.com . they run daily conference calls to show you what to look out for and whilst they won't tell you when to trade exactly they have indicators that give you a strong nudge.

Sure you have to pay for the advice but as long as you have the time and a decent am#mount of capital (say $5K) to start with, it is as the first guy said, pretty easy money. Trading on your own, now that's a mug's game!

By the way I dont use TP (although some of my friends do) as I'm not disciplined enough. I get someone else to trade for me and I get about 70% p.a return – the trader makes miles more than that before I even get my money. There's money in them there hills but don't be in a rush, the great thing about FX is that it'll always be there.
