Why don't you contact your Forex trading broker as many of them provide beginners training courses absolutely free.
I know for sure that cityindex and some other financial spread betting firms offer some forex and trading courses free of charge.
So it will be a good begining and then you'll learn more as you trade.

I think the question was certainly about trading, but more specifically about forex trading.
